You are just not a comfortable taking pictures.
You got digital camera or not ?
If have, when you are alone.
Set the camera to auto , then try out a few angle and
position.
Once you are use to taking pictures, you will relax more. Then
won't look like a statue next time.
Or, when taking pictures, if your gf is shorter than you, put her
infront of you, hug her from the back and put your face next to
her.
Like that, you have her covering most of your body only showing
your face. You won't feel so uncomfortable lah.
