U hv to look at what project are they doing, long term or short
term, if it is a long term reputated company, get a perm contract,
otherwise leave after one year, they will negotiate with you as you
have gain experience and know your job well after one year, if it
is a short term, ask for more pay and compensation as the job is
not a secure one, it is a contract for service, u should regard
yourself in a professional basis.
On the other issue, beside the one month bonus, there must also be
a Annual Wage supplement of one month, so called AWS or 13 month
bonus.
U also can ask for transportation benefits.
