FS, it is not really that difficult as SG is such an accessible
city. Just bring along the photo and walk in to their office's HR
department and have a talk. Get someone to accompany you if you are
not comfortable alone.
If you do not want to approach personally then just hire a local PI
to do this for you, simple and straight forward - but it will
affect your pocket a bit la.
