Ok 3 days ago at SLS I bought this 3600mAh generic battery for
camcorder as the salesman told me it is more powerful than a
original 3300mAh battery which can last the least 5-7hours* IN
RECORDING.
The default package comes with a 700mAh which can run for only an
hour, that's why I needed a higher capacity one.
He said the 3300mAh original costs more than $200 (joke ?
) and they are selling to me $180 so I took the generic one
since it's even more powerful @ 3600mAh, and cheaper (he quoted me
$120).
I also asked for a desktop charger along with the 3600mAh battery
and managed to slash the price until $105 and he's not charging GST
(wow didn't he say the battery alone costs $120? and no GST?)
I returned home and test the batt but it turned out it could only
last 2 hours in recording as the camera shows.
I searched the generic 3600mAh model on google, and I found out it
is only 1400mAh in actual, which corresponds to the 2 hours of
recording time.
(Model is VF714 which stands for 1400mAh, but the battery and box
printed 3600mAh)
He sold the battery and desktop charger at a ridiculous price of
$65 and $50.

I just checked and realised I can easily get a VF733 (3300mAh) at
20 euro here.
So I was darn pissed I went back today and banged table with him,
that same old hag salesman was there and wow he changed the whole
thing and like he did nothing.
First he pretended he forgot what I bought.
After I told him, he used on the calculator $105 - 7% GST and have
the cheek to say he charged me $98 for those 2 items. (When I
bought them he told me he's not charging GST and the price is
$105)
Next I asked how long did you say the 3600mAh can last, guess what
he said?
"at least 1 hour i think" .. wtf ? if this is the case I rather get
2 x 700mAh 
He doesn't even know the product well, retard ass.
I asked for a refund then he refused to and started to act
up.
I raised my voice with him and left after telling him I'm going to
CASE and he responded by saying I 'guai lan' and asked me to go
ahead like he's the king.
Lucky I was in fairly good mood before this if not I would have
given him a hard low blow and wipe & drag his face on the
carpet floor.
Can CASE do anything with this? Though it's only $105 but it's way
overcharged for a true 1400mAh and the shitty desktop
charger.
I want a refund.
