7354J is likely perm 99 as normally I will see it leaving
Clementi around 7.30 plus everyday. Dont think it is a cameo as it
seems to be doing the same slot every morning.
There is some 2 - 3 random CDGEs on it together with 7354J in
the evening too.
Sv 99 loading very unpredictable. Sometimes empty and sometimes
packed to the door. Saw sv 99 DD turning onto Jurong West Ave 4
upper deck full and lower deck many standing during PM peak and the
next bus that came after 12 mins almost empty.
