sv 198 got KUB --> WEG upgrade just last month. I suspect
this bus will be replacing a VO3x. Unlikely for one more
KUB --> WEG upgrade so soon. Though KUBs cannot manage the
load during morning peak between Boon Lay and Bukit Merah and
Jurong East Ave to Boon Lay.
if it's to replace VO, usually it will replace the lowest rego,
which is 9445.
It happened last time when 3133 3135 3138 perm, then kick out
the VOs. one of them is 9391. i forgot the other 2... lol
but nah, I believe it's the usual cameo. doubt 9445 leave
