YA keep it open.procurements or not, who knows the reasons is
just that simple. Then everybody kao peh say procurement.

i should forgive you for thinking that quality issue = immediate
replacement :D
if its only a quality issue and no action is taken to bring in a
replacement EDS, status quo remains. the whole earlier discussion
is about the reasons beind the actions to bring in the replacement
EDS, of which quality is one of many many factors that need to be
considered.
sgbuses, 2601D and i can wax and wane about why things change,
but that said, they are merely speculations until official
documentation/memos to explain the change surface, of which i dont
intend to be any part of.
