Not really bro. 136 loading gone up on Rivervale-Upper Serangoon
area towards Kovan. People find difficulty boarding in morning.
When I went to observe 324, I saw 136 packed to door. So maybe
for those time slots, one bus upgraded to DD. Better than adding a
SD for full day basis.
On another note, 324 loading continues to be poor. Max pax
observed around 20-25 pax on bus.
They should have just had 62B from Punggol to Hougang Ave 10
during AM/PM peak hours. No need full day bus. So much waste of
resource.
136 is notorious for having bad frequencies no suprised you see
packed to the brim during peak..Amdep reluctant to improve the run
time
