147 is BBDEP majority... HGDEP slots start first in terms of duty numbers before BBDEP.

So, maybe this batch will end at SBS3986L?

Supposedly it may be, since Volvo and Wrightbus both states that Batch 3 now have 565 buses.

Saw a photo of the exit door on my FB page earlier in the morning, not sure where is it posted though. Basically looks like HK Wright but the panels are still SBST spec .

Could this be the reason it was registered so late?

And I guess it is under HGDEP because SBS3951L also under HGDEP and in same registration date. Plus SLBP doesn't control 132.

I have no idea... You have to ask someone who knows how they deploy buses. Perhaps BBDEP used to hold more slots then HGDEP, then some of them got transfered over?
