Doubt coz trend shows SBST runs most of its VO3x till end of life
span, and many have got extension. So if I look at the # of buses
required, maybe 2 for sv 179, 2 for sv 249, 1 for sv 246, 1 for sv
251, 1 for sv 257.
The rest will be either SD --> DD conversion, fleet add or
remain SP for a long time.
