personally, if i were to kiss someone on his forehead, that gesture means 'i love u'. I find that it's very sweet and tender..

somebody ever kissed me on my forehead too.. he's the one and only who did that to me.. and the one and only i ever kissed on his forehead. But sadly, he said that he never loved me. Crying or Very sad
