i used to have lots of tension headache, but this 1st time it
affect my eyes, visual, so scared. i feel flashing light, i am a
bit unsteady this morning, after that for 1min i feel a block small
at the corner of my eyes. last 1 min but it scared the whole of me.
i also felt nausea, too but no vomit.
feel dizzy, of course. it happen suddenly, lasting 15mins. after
that ok.
now i felt so so sleepy after all this. now i can't even swallow my
food. doc gave me Flunarizine, but i am so scared to take, should i
take or not?
it could be trigger by stress, last week had a big fight with
husband almost everyday, he is so edggy and angry all the time, i
also stress at work, esp with office ppl,stress with ppl i say, and
also that person that bully me and rude too, it is so stress at
work, i can fele my whole head sudden like tight. i never expect it
affect my eyes.now i am scared.
i am having problem with husabnd at home, he is ok, but he is also
stress and he also angry angry, and i also angry so we explode for
every little things. i knew it i can't take it but now he is ok
already.
at work, i am so stress with office ppl, some like not happy with
me, sulking face and some are just office bullies. so ia m stress.
and i got to keep ,y house clean and tidy too, so many all come.
mentally stress i guress.
