Hi all I am a 21 years old NSF here recently my girlfriend just broke up with me she told me to face the harsh reality of she two-timing me. Really dunno how to get ovet this harsh times sometimes i really wanna get over with my life i try to take as much as 20 panandol with alcohol and still i am here talking to u guys, i try to commit suicide by standing in the middle of the road but the driver just manage to brake in time tell me guys am i seriously so stupid u must be thinking that i actually am right in actually fact i think i myself am very stupid why should i end my life just coz of a girl right but i really cannot get her out of my head i find that while i m driving outside i kind of like think of her suddenly and lost concentration on driving almost got into accident outside haiz sianz she is now with her new stead already and i also made a promise to her that i will wait for her to come back to me she knew about this and told me that she won’t even come back to me anymore what to do man this is life anyway guys advice me on this really appreciate your help on this…

Your suicidal attempts are not really death-seeking. You merely want to hurt yourself in hope that she will care. The fact is probably she won't. Why not try to live a better life and improve yourself. Let your Ex regret she dumped you.

No, sad to say you cannot go back. Even if you can go back, she will still break up with you again. The only solution is allow time to heal everything. Just remember this: when you felt so sad, where is she? By hook or by crook, get her out of your mind. No panadols, alcohols or suicide. I suggest you take a break from girls. Hang around with your buddies. Play some sports. Don't drive. Be patient with yourself. In time to come, you will find another girl and this gf is meaningless.

i am breaking up with my bf too. and u really remind me of him.. he's 21, in NS, a driver and part of the reason that im leaving him is due to another guy.

so i think i may be a good eg of ur gf. i want to share some of my thoughts.

jus wanna let u know that when a gal makes up her mind, nth can change not even death. even if u die, u will only cause her guilt, stress and pain - which is unimaginable. if u really love her, is this what u want her to go thru? moreover, even if u die, do u think she will love u? ur death will be of no worth.

when there's life, there's hope. pls believe that there is someone who is waiting for u out there. she is waiting. pls look for her. dun keep her waiting.

hey thanks a lot man io read over all your post already fact is i try committing suicide in camp in the end one of my seageants stop me from doing it by informing my BOS sianz any can’t they let me go and die i juz wanna end all my misery she is a bloody glue sniffer whereas i am a bloody CNB volunteer counseller i feel that i aren’t doing enough to help her kick the habit when we were together also the guilt i got from her the feeling i know is true when we were together….. that’s y i wan her to patch up with me so badly and the reason why i am willing to wait for her…

The fact is i wanna change her for the better yet she juz won’t listen she won’t juz turn a deaf ear to me whenever i speak to her about this issue i know tht she needs times to quit. This i know but when we were together i know that she is changing for the better she didn’t even touch the stuff anymore yet after we broke up she went back to the stuff what can i do i wanna her to change not for me but for herself for her own good….. haiz really hope that she will listen to me sometimes…..

Death is not a relief but a more prolonged pain process for your family and friends... Just like me last month, me had to attend four funeral wakes of my colleagues and one of them was a suicide case where he jumped...

He left behind his grieving parents and a seriously traumatised younger sister who was badly shaken by the incident... Also he left behind a huge group of friends who grieved and cried for him...

Why? Just because of relationship failure... The world doesn't stop revolving for a single second even your girl had decided to leave you... It's good that you see her true colour of unfaithfulness and her easy crumpling to external temptations... Yes, you loved her much but she two-timed you while you are in NS... You said you would wait for her return to your side but can you guarantee that she won't two-timed you again?

You're still young and there's much more things and girls in the world, so why ponder and brood with her? Like some people would say, it might take two or three or more relationships to actually find your Miss Right, so how about moving on to look for your real Miss Right?
