Thanks for the info there. Nevertheless, that must have been at
least a year ago or more, so I guess it is safe to conclude that
KUB cannot handle the load now. Even SBST acknowledge that average
load is 35 (i'm doubtful of this figure too). All in all, this
situation could have been better managed. Cheers.
Ridership of 35 mentioned by SBST is an arbitary figure...
Deploying 2 564's maybe a temporary stop gap measure and we are
have to wait and see...
SBST on the other hand have few options:
1. Maintain new deployment of 2 564's
2. Swop 549's DM to 564, chg 549 to Scania,Citaro
3. Take from East District(Bedok) - very troublesome
4. Convert AM training DM to revenue bus
5. Cut to one 564, upgrade to DD service
Assuming a DM for 564, it is a short term measure and prob
arises when DM retires...
