not pouring cold water over u, but somehow she doesn't seem so
interested in a relationship.
i've been through the same to tell u this.. i.e. receiving msgs
with positive responses..chatting on phone for hours..etc..
ended up she juz confided in me as a good friend.
unless ur pretty damn sure she is into u, e.g. getting strong hints
of love from her, teased and flirted with her and u can tell she
really enjoys it by laughing it out loud, i dun think u should
spoil the relationship with her for now by confessing.
i feel that a slow and steady progress would rake in a win.
