They start with Express 518 and 168..

Those were newly delivered in green, what he meant was he spotted 5361 and thinks it is the first bus already in service to be repainted in green, which I think he could had mistaken 5396 as 5361 as 5396 is in green (and 5396 is the first to come out, one or two days earlier than the bndep ones).

Anyway, SG5111T was spotted in a Youtube video entering and exiting Punggol interchange off service. The bus was in SBST livery with black GA logos.
