I'm not so sure about that. 
As a matter of fact, many women in their early to mid twenties
still aren't exactly mature enough to know what they want in the
future (by that I mean, 10-50 years down the road). On that basis,
I don't see how dating during your teens would necessarily provide
you with the experience to date someone whom you could potentially
settle down with.
