My suggestion is that your cousin try to settle the family dispute amicably with his wifey ASAP. No other way around it.

The morale of story is very simple: Neither a lender or a borrower be.
Even between spouses. If both are working, keep financials separate - credit cards, bank accounts, personal property (priceless collections), etc.
The only thing spouses should share, apart from living under the same roof are: bed, toilets, sofas, mirrors, utensils!
Even handphone and laptop - don't share, hahahha!

In fact, I'm in a different situation. Hubby and his family bully me.
Hubby blames me for spending alot and i am paying the all the home bills, food and groceries. I don't splurge. few mths ago, he sent 15000 to his god damn sister.

I am ready to pack and go not because i can't stick with him at this time. But becos, he sends his money to his family and pushes me to pay for household exps and even accusing me of spending. At the end of the month, I am left with very little money. What can i spend with???

His elder sister, younger sister, mother all have a part in "our drama".
Whats a relative doing here to complain?? Do not sow discord between your cousin and his wife. There is no smoke without fire.
