EbiTenpura SG My bf is super noisey when he is asleep. He snores damn loud and due to this i lost my sleep in the night everytime when i'm with him... I'm a light sleeper while he is those heavy kind. Saw the advertisment on tv..the spray thingy. Does it really works? Is there any other ways to stop someone fron snoring when sleeping?
MiX Metal SG maybe you should get him to see a doctor about it, I think I read it for somewhere that snoring might lead to some medical conditions….... I can’t remember what it is.

gerrykoh SG Just gently nudge him & ask him to turn to his side. It works cos that's what I do when my husband snores. Another solution is to wear ear plugs!

Xiaozzhen SG Don't wake him. It's bad to disturb his sleep some more as he is already having difficulties breathing while sleeping and hence not sleeping well. Gently turn him to his side to release the blockage. Then put on ear plugs to block the noise...
ispyyy SG if u really cant tahan, bring him to see doctor... this type of snoring can operate 1... Or, u can ask yr husband to go on diet lor... As u grew fatter, the snoring becomes louder...
