Good enough,Now with so many service passingby Punggol Field/East,There is no need to add buses.Peak hours can maintain 6-9 mins while off peak is best at 8-13 mins subject to traffic conditions

Seriously 981 should be convert like svc 6,925 type of operations..So good demands even the workers there anticipate for the service to run during off peak also.LTA should consider operate between 0630-2000 for weekdays,0630-1500 for Saturdays and no operation during Sundays and PHs

Hi mr carbikebus, I think need to amend slightly. Factually, there is not much increase in no of services passing by Punggol field/east portion which sbs 83 passes by. From 2015, only 1 amended bus service sbs 386 is added. That is all. Not so many services. This side continues to have poor links to other areas. Cheers. Thanks.

I agree that 981 should operate similar to 6/925, in addition, I also agree that 981 should operate as a loop svc upon conversion instead of plying uni-directional, off peak frequency could be at 20mins similar to how Industrial Svcs operate at very low frequency like Svc 37.
