Then do concrete things. Like do ten year series instead of
"studying"
Discipline and force yourself to finish 10 questions a day, for
example.
Do things where the results are very clear. Set goals for yourself
that are very clear and non ambiguous. Set goals that you can
measure. After you finish the 10 questions, you can look at the
answer and see if you got it.
Whether or not you did it correctly is very clear, no ambiguity.
Whether you finished 10 questions is ery clear, no ambiguity.
If you set a goal like study for 5 hrs a day... while 5 hours a day
is not ambiguous, how do you measure that you have really "studied"
during those 5 hours or you were dreaming your life away during
those 5 hours?
So set clear goals that you can measure and discipline yourself to
achieve them.
As for the feelings part, don't worry, feelings come and go. If the
feelings do not last too long, there are no worries. If the
feelings last too long, maybe there are underlying problems you
need to tackle. You are doing "O" levels this year?
