Go walk along river side in city area, evening or night.
1.Go "No entrance fee" sight seeing places, like fort canning hill,
mount faber(just dont take the cable car ride), beaches, parks near
your neighbourhood.

then shop some more until tired, then drop in a bar/pub, have a few

6. Changi Beach. (quiet, with good food nearby, romantic, cleared
sky filled with starts, probably the best location for petting and
cuddling, you can even dance on the sandy beach with your mate,
bring along candles to lit up the dark environment)
Marina Bay Harbor (i forgotten the exact name). Quiet and romantic.
the top floor of the building opened up till 11pm. Sky filled with
stars and enjoy the sea breeze together.
Last of all, you might try out restaurant (Menotti), Romantic
dinning setting for couples. It is at raffles city, jus behind
Espirit. Food is good compliment with excellent service
delivery.
