Everyone needs a 'safety net', so that when something happens to
the person, he has a net to fall on, the protect him from falling
too deep.
This 'safety net' can consist of close friends or relatives, that
will come out at a moment's notice. Those that will take a cab down
to wherever you are, whenever you say "I need company, please, come
down", or "I need help..."
With a safety net a person will not be driven to impulses or
flashing thoughts of suicide, which may be the conclusion of their
negative thoughts under distress.
Truly, when one person starts to think too much when you're sad and
alone, things rarely start to look up.
So guys, build and encourage others to build a safety net today...
(though i must say there are few friends out there who can be
relied on, so when you find one, do treasure them).
Oops, did i end up writing a 'how to prevent suicide from
happening' topic or something? bleh.
