svc 59 finally gets capacity increase. 2 SD slots replaced with
DDs. One more DD addition, and it will be 50% DD fleet.
SBST, now do the same with 69. It needs more high capacity buses
as well, especially on Tsek Poly operating days. Even otherwise,
the load from Tampines Int to Ave 5, 8 is quite high in evening
peak.
