Both are now at the mercy of LTA.

The friend with licence, please plead to the LTA for forgiveness,
and keep him out of the soup, for making false report.

Both offences the court will view seriously.
No riding suspension, because he no licence mah.
But cannot apply for PDL for at least 1 year.
Bike may be confiscated though. (not sure)
