I would say there's no harm in telling her u love her. I told
that gal twice, and both times, she just said nothing but change
the topic.
Recently, she was telling me about one of her heartbreaks, and her
casual remark about "If only I had fallen for you back then" made
me nearly wanna cry. If only...
Anyway, just go and tell her how u feel about her. If u don't
succeed, at least u know where u stand, and u can move on and chase
other girls, while at the same time, still be friends with
her.
