I personally think that as parents are the ones who brought us
into the world, raised us up, give us everything we want, of course
we cannot stop loving them.
But why can't you stop liking someone? We were the ones who chose
to love a particular someone, of course we can choose not to love
them anymore. Sometimes, its only because we refuse to accept the
facts that they are no longer ours, that's why we say we still love
someone even though we are no longer together.
