massage told me that my head is so so stiff, hard like a rock
and so hard. yeap when she pull and masage my head i don't feel a
thing, it felt numb or thick, like when i wash my hair i don't feel
the water dripping or the coldness. ok, then she really pulled my
hair and told me that my head is too too heaty, hot, and wind
inside, a while she said it is cold air, then she said i am too
heaty. then why she said my head is too heaty. she say must put
some olive oil and rub on my head, i took the colgone and rub onto
my head,. i just took 2 pills of muscle relaxant.
my pain is so painfult hat i couldn't sleep the whole night, i
can't even move turn or sleep, it hurts badly mentally and
physically. doc gave me muscle relaxant and told me to rest, but
got alot of work to do, so got to do.
and went massage, she said my whole body is so so so terrribly
stiff, that she massage she feel i am like a stone, rock so hard
body, toolk a long time 1hr plus to loosen me a bit, also not
100percent ok, got to do more of this, but a bit better than
yesterday, hope it stay just a little better, i took muscle
relaxant at 6pm , hope i won't be drowsy.
anyway so stress life here in office for me.
