SMB388S SG The MAN NL323F A22 Superlion should be the official bus mascot for Singapore. Merlion X Superlion too!Info from BIS most popular page on Singapore Buses~ SBST should buy Superlions too~
TIB1234T SG Just found this: MAN R37 has Low Entry chassis? http://www.truck2hand.com/resource/innoforum_upload/large27/316173/topics/images_31617319651091349675933.jpg
SBS9C SG The source of the MAN R37 picture: http://www.truck2hand.com/index.php?module=InnoForum&func=list&ctrl=posts&id=316173 The complete MAN bus chassis range. I couldn't find a chassis that resembles it. http://www.mantruckandbus.com/man/media/en/migrated/doc/master_1/Chassis__de_.pdfDon't tell me that it is a custom R37 low floor chassis built specially for SMRT. If it follows the same engine specs it would have at least a 460hp engine and a 12 gear ZF AS Tronic gearbox.
TIB1234T SG The newer Batch 2s sound quite different from the previous ones....Link here.Is it using the new CCTV?And that's the mutated sound that sounded like UK's E400H electric acceleration I have been tlking about... SMB1358A onwards have them...Need to check on SMB1350T - SMB1357A sound...

Can't be R37 as R37 would be those Five Star Tours MAN buses already. And also looking at the axle config I would say it isn't a MAN chassis but a Volvo chassis. Another thing, kind of impossible for public transport operators to opt for semi-automatic gearbox. Lol. My thoughts.
