Hair fall

I'm not sure if this is normal but everyday after i wake up i can find more then 5 strain of hair on my bed .

When i like softly pull my hair then always manage to pull out a few.

What should i do eh?

how old r u? male? female? rich? poor? healthy? weak? eating properly? eating maggie mee everyday? exercise? couch potato?... I think we need more info in order to give decent advice...

read from magz.. is normal for around 100 strain of hair fall per day.. if my memory din fail me..

but if u think is scary, maybe u can check what the cause of the hair fall.. is it becos of dandruff, oily scalp or limpy hair or... ? then try and solve the root of the prob.

nope i saw one small white dot at the end of the hair. Fridge till nose length a few. the rest are just normal length

Wow, dropped by the roots and its still fresh.

You need to be gentler to your hair. when washing hair, massage with the balls of you fingers lightly. And avoid putting on too much conditioner lotions to load down your hair.

dont trust other products.
also, it doesnt matter what age are you whether u r a female,male , you can still use the product... the company is doing successfully..

it's normal to drop 100 strands of hair per day.

if u see ur hair getting lesser, and u starting to see di zhong hai, then seek help lor.

Hair dying, rebonding and curling will denature the proteins in your hair...that's why it becomes weak...so either you eat healthy...or you go for treatments =)
