Get your mother/sister to check before you married her. Even if the girl plays sport, it is very hard for the hymen to get torn. Even if it is torn, a good specialist can tell whether it is due to the sport or sex.

Btw why would you want to check unless you are a virgin yourself?

If you need to know if a woman is a virgin before you date/continue a relationship with her, I suggest you should just murder her, cut out that piece of membrane and date/wed that 'slice of sashimi', since the notion of virginity overshadow whatever good qualities the woman possesses.
