Actually you have nothing to worry about actual gangsters. They
are well disciplined and are only concerned about their "business".
They don't go about looking for trouble.
What you are concerned about is the pack of pariahs. These are
often mislabled as gangsters. These are youths who are more
dangerous than gangsters because they have no one to control them.
The gangsters have bosses. Gangsters have purposes.
These pariahs have no purpose other than whacking another that is
weaker and cannot fight back. They have a pack mentality. As a
group they are embolden, but by themselves they are chicken. That
is what that makes them dangerous. They are unpredictable, and can
form up anytime, anywhere. The police have no record of them, as
they are not gangsters. When they are caught, the police usually
call their parents. Then when you look at the faces of these so
called "gangsters" you go tsk tsk!
You only have to look out for them and avoid them, they come for
you, run. Don't reason with them.
