lor later they should hv more buses back after TT start svc

i think other depots also have enough DDs for their own VO3
replacement only based on the current Spare buses status.
dun think there will be excess buses after TT start service..
all the current BSEP buses on the TT routes will be transferred
over (TT will use 50 new buses plus 300 current BSEP buses).. so no
excess buses left for SBST/SMRT...
guess go-ahead should be using majority new buses (from the
balance BSEP order and the recently transferred order of 300 plus
new buses)... once go ahead start, then there will be excess
buses....
Go-ahead need 400 buses at least....
