43: SBS9628G is replacing the missing BSEP slot last permed by
SBS3448Z. It is a long story.
Since the slot was added last year, its perm could not be
confirmed. It was originally thought to be SBS3329J, but it was
confirmed later not to be true only in early January 2015. Later,
it was permed by SBS3418K until it was deployed out suddenly in
mid-2015. Then, it was permed from SBS3448Z, suspected to be a
direct swap with SBS3418K to 89. Then, SBS3418K was transferred to
SLBP, SBS3448Z went back to 89, and SBS9628G replaced it on 43.
