196D (excluding 1480B 1520U 1551E)seems like a full day starter
to me than a split shift though.
Someone put in SGwiki that all 178 split shift will perform 2
additional trips of 178A during weekdays peak but 196D isn't a
split. Just pointing that out.
Not directing this to you, What role does 1608B plays on 178?
1316T seems like more like the sixth full day starter more than
1608B. I saw 1608B on a BP service yesterday. And it seems, the
13th bus doesn't seem to be there because after 196D it loops back
to 1311G.
