Common in Japan. High-end one costs about SGD $15000-20000.
Limited edition or exclusive ones go far higher. Most people who
purchase them are highly educated single working professionals who
collect such dolls for purely aesthetic reasons. Although sex is
one of the advertise functions, no owner in his or her right mind
would have the heart to risk damaging their beautiful(and
expensive) doll in such a crude manner.
