I have time for work, time for friends, time for hubby, time for housework and time for WoW and also time to sleep

Maybe I can't progress as fast as the rest of the guild but I'm still doing so at a good pace.

I am addicted to pc games..like 6 hours a day whenever I am free

my addiction can only be killed in school and when I am doing serious issues besides that..my addiction comes back Sad

I've been playing WoW since release

I've gone thru a couple of phases of addiction

But eventually you have to compromise

So i limit myself to 3hrs a night at the most.

Don't play on weekends (I try to psycho myself by thinking server crowded on weekends)

And i play long hours when i ABSOLUTELY nothing to do

Lesson learned is MODERATION! They have that in the tip box when you start the game!

write a note and stick it on to ur monitor reminding u not to play too much or set ur alarm clock like 3 hours from the start of gaming and once the alarm goes off, stop the game and off ur computer. go watch television or go out eat and have a walk. and when ur friends ask u go out watch movie and etc, say yes and join in the fun instead of saying no.
