Practically every trip is fully seated for CT8 just before the
express sectors.
And last bus for CT8 on Saturdays always stand to the door,
sometimes you just cannot board and have to take 166 or 851. And
CT8 is just as packed leaving Chinatown during weekend evening
hours. I'm not even surprised if it turns a profit, given the very
efficient routing compared with CT18.
But I agree 86 needs DDs in the daytime on weekdays. Seen VO and
Wrights packed to the door around noon more than just a few times,
just before Yio Chu Kang Stn.
But still, its not worst as needing DDs.
86 should at least kick in more SDs if they dont kick in DDs
