thanks to low premiums, a lot of old cars (8/2011) or before are
renewing COE. singapore will see a weird curve in car age, a spike
of cars in 1991-1993, and almost nothing till the next spike at
those from 2005 and later.
is it true that if a car has been renewed for 5 years, when the
5 years is up, the owner can't renew its COE again? if yes why?
