I wonder why you have not gone for a divorce yet. At least with
a divorce, it's at least 50/50 from the proceeds of sales.
1. Gather the evidence that you have been solely paying for the
condominium for 3 years. Bank records, salary slips etc. Any
evidence to show he isn't paying what he is supposed to.
2. Get legalaid if possible .
3. if not possible , get MP to look over for you.
