Seems weird that fat people will wear revealing clothes as a means
to boost their self esteem. But once read a psychology book, that a
woman who was raped will have a tendency to become promiscuious
after the event, as a means to forget the pain.
Going back to the topic, ya must tell us wat your problem is. But
another way is to tell yourself , the other person is just as
nervous as u are. Just ask your friends lor, do they feel scared of
having nothing to tok about when meeting people for the first time
etc. I bet they are. So dun worrie, u are not alone. That thought
alone is comforting, coz while u are searching your brain for
topics, the other person may be doing the same.
