eventually:
Feeder bus service 323
Hougang - Buangkok Crescent (loop)
approximately 6.23 kilometres.
To a large extent, it duplicates bus service 101. Nonetheless,
it provides a shorter/faster bus connection between Hougang bus
interchange and Buangkok Crescent.
Besides, there will eventually be the need for a feeder bus for
that area.
The first new BTO estate at Buangkok Crescent will be ready in
Q4 next year. This new feeder bus service 323 can be launched in Q4
2017, right before the BSEP ends. Initially, with only one BTO
completed (with only 467 units), the ridership may be low, but when
all BTOs at Buangkok Crescent (with a total of 2,395 units) is
completed by Q4 2018, one year after launch, the ridership may
become high.
There is already 101 from Hougang MRT. Route just duplicates.
101 will eventually loop around Buangkok Crescent.
43M in future I suspect will become a new service say 104 that
will do Serangoon Interchange <> Buangkok Crescent (loop)
with scope of extending to Bidadari interchange, once Bidadari is
up and running.
