If you are, then please do what we've suggested, namely:
1. Contact your PC/PS/sect comd/COS (any one of them will do) to
tell them of your situation and that you will book in first thing
tomorrow.
2. Go home and sleep it off.
3. Book in with the very first fastcraft tomorrow morning. Be at
the ferry terminal at 6.30am if you have to.
4. (This is the hardest part) Deal with whatever punishment that
they wish to give you. Then request an interview with your PC and
talk to him about your anxiety. He may be able to help you both
deal with your anxiety and reduce the punishment meted out to
you.
Whatever the case, do not drag this out any further. Otherwise, it
will only make things worse.
