TIB831B is one of the last few Hispano bodied O405s to be
refurbished, which also (nearly) marks the completion of most of
the Hispano bodied O405s refurbishment project by SMRT Buses.
As of today, there's one or two Hispano bodied unit that's not
yet refurbished.
