Unhealthy as what I am going to say is, I find it to be the
truth:
Feeling lost and lonely is part and parcel of life - get used to
it.
I usually go for a run/skate etc ~ it feels good to have the wind
just blowing by, and best of all, it wears me out enough to be
thankful that I'm lonely enough to have a rest.
I don't exactly know what you mean by feeling lost, and the context
in which you use it, but I have to say that running/skating, as you
wear yourself down, your mind starts to focus on one thing only,
and as you tire out, you start to get distracted, and your mind
drifts from the physical strain to the issue bothering you ~ I
think best when I am this tired, because it allows me to be very
logical else I'd be very very very very hyper and overtly
complex.
