If he was serving his NS. He is not to be caught doing part time
work that can generate income. In his case, it was the commission
he is getting. As long as there is a paper trial like bank
transactions....or unless he was drawing only cash then its harder
to prove unless the mlm organisation rat him out.
If he is on contract, it would be the same as a employment
contract. How about digging out your own contract to look thru it
and advise us whether such a rule existed.
