Anyone know if there is max. no. of times we could afford to
lose our IC? Being very careless I've lost my IC for the 3rd time.
May I know if what kind of penalty Of which i'd b given when i go
report? Because I heard there is a maximum no. of time of which we
are allowed to lose our IC
