it depends on both parties
one party can start to give,
but if the other party doesn't acknowledge it or follow the lead,
than there's no point in always leading by making the first move on
the gal's part.
if a gal starts to make the first move, the guy still not ready to
make other moves to follow suit, than i suggest that you have
better stop making the first move, until he learns to go with
you.
if not it will be one-sided love already.
they must follow, than you slowly throw in more.
if they don't follow, no matter how much you throw in (first move)
they also will not appreciate it.
For those who don't appreciate ladies who make the first move, then
they will have this "Ya-Ya Papaya" kind of attitude already, keep
on self-tee up say got gals approach them, pasting gold to their
own face.
