I agree that love can be cultivated. if there's a seed of liking in
the both of you, that seed can grow into love. that's true
but are you talking abt cultivating love with another gal that is
not you gf?
if that's the case, whatever kinda love you are talking about, i
advise you to thread carefully.
Assuming that your intentions behind your above mentioned
activities are Purely Platonic;
1) this other gal may not think that your actions are platonic, and
she may fall for you.
2) if you have kept this from your gf, if one day she learns about
how you have been treating this other gal, she may get the wrong
idea...
in other words... ultimately you'll hurt one of these gals. I'm not
saying you can't treat this other gal nicely or even in a special
way, but you have to make sure that this other gal know that you
are only treating her as a platonic friend (close, but still
platonic). And you must help your gf understand the why you are
treating this other gal so specially. help her trust you.
I really hope you handle this situation carefully, and not HURT
these two gals.
