New BC Machine for buses under LTA?

Dk when was this implemented, but noticed it a few days ago. Much better to see whether the bus is early/late, but I am still not really sure how to notice it from a far (based on the colours if this is possible), right now I just see how the time jumps. New or Old feature? It kinda feels like the Germany IBIS? The way bus stops are displayed.
And, SMRT’s PIS changed to full caps, no more (pls move… rear).

It was introduced a few weeks ago, along with in-bus voice announcements of bus stop names.

Personally, I feel that the introduction of this "new BC machine" may be an indication of how the twenty-six bus routes of Bulim GCM would be implemented.
